Job Description

Responsible to focus on material master data management, data analysis & reports preparation.Responsibilities:

• Responsible for maintaining and updating material master data (packaging material, raw material, semi-finished goods, and finished goods) in ERP system and planning tools, including data integration, data modeling and data migration.
• Ensuring the reliability, accuracy, completeness, and consistency of master data related to packaging materials, raw materials, semi-finished goods, and finished goods.
• Supporting on the material code creation and change based on the business requirement.
• Reviewing the master data regularly and sustain housekeeping activities to optimize master data quality.
• Supporting and maintaining transfer price activities for supply chain segment.
• Collaborating with stakeholders on master data management related matter.
• Supporting on the implementation of business intelligence projects which related to master data.
• Identifying standards and enhancing quality and stability of the entire process related to master data management.
• Improvement of operational efficiency with better management of the existing business process.
• Ensuring all master data request templates are updated and documenting of master data management process.
• Escalating and follow up open issues related to master data and ensuring impacted stakeholders is always updated with the solutions.
• Support planning parameters set up and maintenance in ERP system and planning systems.
• Support preparation of planning KPI relevant reports in parallel with business & compliance requirement.
• Any other duties or ad hoc reports requested from time to time

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor\'s degree or equivalent.
• Proficient in written and spoken English & Bahasa Malaysia.
• Minimum 1-2 years of working experience in logistics or supply chain management in a manufacturing environment.
• Highly computer literate (MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and knowledge of SAP/Planning system will be an added advantage.
