About Our Client

Our client leading global manufacturer of precision instruments and services for use in laboratories and manufacturing. Involved in digitization of workplace management, smart cameras and other use cases, our client leverages IIOT, automation and analytics to improve the performance of their own products and stay ahead of their competition.

• Supporting day-to-day master data management processes globally
• Performing quality checks (e.g. deduplication, compliance to the processes) to ensure quality of master data
• Fulfilling Service Level Agreements through timely execution of data requests
• Monitoring and reporting master data metrics (e.g. ticket resolution success rate, ticket prioritization, etc.)
• Providing necessary training to local data stewards and power users
• Supporting local data stewards and business in any data related issue or request
• Participate/Lead regular meetings with Data Stewards
• Act as 1st line of support for all BUs in case of any data related issues
• Coordination activities with key users, BTEs ; IT and data stewards,
• Reporting to Project Leads and accountable fully for particular data objects,
• Supports tools development and is Single Point Of Contact for DS/KU during Data maintenance phases and HyperCare period
• Working with tools such as KNIME, VBA, UiPath in order to analyse data and improve the processes within the team and the company

The Successful Applicant

• At least 1 year working experience with SAP ERP and/or SAP CRM.
• Service background is preferred, but Sales & Marketing experience will be value added.
• Customer/Vendor Master Data experience preferred, but open to Material as well
• Some analytical skills needed. Sometimes reporting, bigger data extracts etc.
• MS Excel - medium proficiency. Examples: vlookup, simple pivot tables, index/match
• Any kind of reporting skills such as PowerBI, Tableau, Data Studio will be a plus
• Any kind of knowledge with automating and analytical tools, e.g. KNIME, VBA, UiPath, would be a plus
• MDG - nice to have
