Skippers are the highest authority on-board or on inland waterways, they are in charge of the vessel\xc3\x82 and are held responsible for the safety and well being of the clients and crew. They are licensed by the responsible authority and will determine\xc3\x82 the operations of the vessel at any time. They are the ultimate instance responsible for the crew, the ship, the cargo and/or passengers, and the voyage.
SKOM Sdn Bhd (formerly known as SK Offshore & Marine Sdn Bhd) was established in 2016 with the main goal to be the leading vessel chartering services globally. Through our innovative and state of the art services that complement the needs of our valuable client, SKOM has proven its track records in Malaysia Oil & Gas industry with its increased vessels utilizations days. Our expertise emphasizes on vessel chartering and management with the commitment to strive for the highest degree in quality, health, safety, security and environmental protection. With a total fleet of more than 30 vessels, which consists of Anchor Handling Support Vessels, Platform Support Vessels, Accommodation Work Barges, Safety Standby Vessels and Landing Crafts, we are looking for experienced seafarers to join our team.
