Job Scope: Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) who applies tools and techniques to reach solutions. Mentors and serves as a role model to facilitate, coach, and mentor others. Skills, Abilities: Responsible for planning and managing operations production floor load. Integrates functional alignment to execute the demand plan, including Customer Interface, Customer Service, Engineering, Purchasing, Tooling, Manufacturing, and Logistics. Establishes effective communication processes to enable prioritization and alignment across value streams, sites, business units, and functions to fulfil customer needs. Provides risk mitigation and management planning, problem-solving and issue resolution, process enhancement recommendations, and adherence to policies, procedures, and systems. Develops Manufacturing Site Demand Management Plan for Build, Ship, and Inventory, and ensures material readiness. Acts as a liaison between the customer and the operations scheduling team. Provides SME/Planning Lead expertise and leadership to planners. Connects functional leaders to drive one goal without a direct reporting structure in all order management flow i.e., customer service, purchasing, and delivery. Controls and optimizes customer lead times, develops plans to meet customer needs, and executes to finished goods and consignment levels for inventory management. Responsible for the delivery of demand and production plans, including sales order and internal demand. Business Partner: Develops strong relationships and provides effective communication, prioritization, and alignment across value streams, sites, business units, and functions. Demonstrates capability for engaging with external/internal business partners to provide seamless linkage of supply chain processes. Engaged in Sales and Operating Plan for Financial Planning and Results aligned with cross-functional leadership for customer expectations. Strong relationship skills to influence and engage cross-functional leadership without direct reporting structure. Center of Expertise (COE): Financial Acumen for Business Making Decisions Demonstrates capabilities in material management, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), pull systems, flow, and the implementation of lean concepts. Excellent customer service, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Relevant certification in APICS (CPIM, CSCP, CFPIM), ISM (CPM, CPSM, CSM), or equivalent Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office tools Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills. Possess exceptional conflict resolution skills and is adept at dealing with situations involving conflict.
