We are looking for dynamic young talent or recent Master's graduates with 0-2 years of experience (including internships) who are passionate about building a future leadership career in supply chain management especially in Strategy & Communication. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow within our organization, develop strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, and leadership capabilities in an end-to-end supply chain environment. You will be part of a team driving key initiatives to shape how we execute strategy, communicate across teams, and engage stakeholders across different functions from demand forecasting to delivery, influencing stakeholders, managing risks, and helping the company achieve its goals with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
What you will do:
Support the execution of Supply Chain strategy, ensuring alignment and impact.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to influence decisions and achieve organizational targets.
Drive internal and external communication efforts to strengthen engagement.
Explore and implement innovative approaches to communication flow and collaboration.
Manage strategic scorecards, OKRs, and risk monitoring activities.
Apply creativity to storytelling, messaging, and visuals that bring strategy to life.
Apply strategic thinking to solve complex problems and contribute to continuous improvement projects.
Develop leadership skills by managing small projects or teams, adapting responsibilities according to your strengths and growth.
Learn and grow through exposure to various supply chain functions, helping to shape the future direction of the organization.
The skills you bring:
Recent Master's graduates in Engineerning/ Supply Chain/ Business/ Logistics/ Computer Science/ Information Technology or early career professionals with up to 2 years of relevant experience (including internships).
Strong leadership potential with the ability to inspire and work well with others.
Creative mindset with an eye for impactful visuals and messaging.
Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across international teams.
Adaptability and willingness to take on diverse tasks and responsibilities.
Interest in strategy development, change management, and supply chain processes. Strong initiative and eagerness to drive continuous learning and personal growth.
Exposure to or interest in supply chain concepts, change management, improvement drives, or supply chain optimization is a plus
