-Handle all contract position for all corporate industry
-Assist client to identify, select and recruit staff for their vacancies and help condidate find and gain appropriate employment
-Responsible for initial screening, selection, shortlisting and conduct pre-screen interview to provide best quality of candiates to client
-Continuous interacting with business manager to understand resource need and recruiting qualified resources
-Preparing and scheduling candidate for direct client interview
-Handling negotiation on compensation packages and closing candidates on rates/salaries in accordance with clientt billable rate and new hire orientation
-Extensively using recruitment techniques like web recruiting, headhunting, references and referral to source the best talent from the industry
-Creating advertisement for job opening using the internet and resume database
-Contact the references and perform background checks
-To achieve individual target.
Job Requirement:-
-Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Degree in any field.
-Able to start immediately or within a short notice
-Able to work in a fast phase working environment
-Preferably with 2 years experience in similar position.
-Good communication skills.
