Job Summary

Maintain tracking books and report data through utilization of multiple information systems to provide formal and informal activity reports to all internal and external buyers.

Liaise with respective departments, forwarder and customer representatives on Documentation Packages queries.

Handle logistic and Warehouse procedure: Contacting freight agents (air & sea freight), follow up shipments, packing, documentation

Upload and maintain Logistic & Warehouse Records in company content server.

Generate and issue the Certificate of Origin per company policy.

Compile and prepare the Document per related to logistic for submission to customer.

Prepare Warehouse Work Instruction, QSP and Training related documentations.

Prepare Inventory Reports and Non-Inventory Stock Keeper

Initiate and/or involve in process improvement to meet team Key Performance Indicators (KPI).

Preparing and maintaining contract with contractors under warehouse

11. Attending engagement and all related matters with contractors (HSE perspective)

Perform other assignments as required by the Management.

Minimum Job Qualifications

Minimum a Diploma holder in Quality or Engineering

Proficiency in ISO 9001 or equivalent Quality Management System.

Good working knowledge and application of PDF Writer and Microsoft Office. Proficiency in SAP will be an added advantage.

Experience in documentation control or Oil & Gas Industry will be advantage.
