Under general supervision, responsible for ensuring timely materials goods movements, accurate and appropriate storage and movement of products and inventory accuracy. Also responsible for other daily operations functions of the warehouse which includes various clean-up and housekeeping activities. High school diploma required; two year degree preferred. Two years of related experience in material handling required. Experience working in an operations environment is preferred, including knowledge and use of handheld scanners and lift truck certification. Job will also require the performance of other duties and activities as directed.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage ware house materials incoming & good issue related system transaction, paper work & physical handling
• Manage the team size of 2-4 people for getting the daily task assigned to them
• Run the related reports & action for pending task
• Maintaining company standards for storage of materials like spares, equipment, shelf life material etc.
• Respond to internal customer enquiries & actions by acting with good customer service quality.
• Arrange Loads, unloads, and moves materials within work site.
• Completes records, maintains material counts with no variances and performing various clean-up and housekeeping activities.
• Observes and follows all safety rules and procedures, including wearing required personal safety equipment.

Qualifications: Graduation or equivalent

Technical Knowledge:

• Good knowledge in MS office like excel, word, power point
• Able to manage the emails for responding the queries & action
• Good typing speed
• Have knowledge for web browser managing
• SAP software working knowledge is an advantage
• Forklift license is an advantage but not necessary

Other Knowledge: Good communication in English language speaking & writing

Work Schedule: 5 Days per week, 9 hour\'s shift but should be open for After shift as & when Job requirement.
