Job Description

Job scope:

Responsible for the receipt, storage, issuance, and regular counting of materials.

Prepare, issue, and handle returns of materials for production lines based on production schedules and BOMs, ensuring smooth production and avoiding line stoppages.

Organize, clean, and manage production areas, implement 5S standards, and ensure materials are stored safely, orderly, and clearly labeled

Coordinate and communicate with production, procurement, and other departments to track material progress and report any abnormalities.

Be responsible for the daily moving, organizing, and putting away of materials, ensuring neat storage and clear labeling

Responsible for workshop floor management, supervising process execution handling quality abnormalities, and reducing the defect rate. Use similar inventory management systems to input transaction data promptly and generate relevant reports

Requirement:

Education: diploma or above.

1-2years of relevant experience as Material handler or in warehouse management is preferred.

Able to read and understand BOMs, proficient in MS Office, basic forklift operation skills are a plus.

Responsible, attentive, and cautious; good communication and teamwork skills; strong problem-solving abilities

Good health, able to adapt to physical work in a warehouse environment, such as standing for long periods, moving light materials.

Able to work OT.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
