Job Description
Job Objective:
To be responsible and accountable for all parts under his/her care, ensuring stock accuracy, proper safekeeping, and smooth material flow.
Roles and Responsibilities:
Receive and issue parts accurately and timely. Update all transactions (receiving, issuing, transfers) in the inventory system and records. Maintain stock accuracy, safekeeping, and safety of all parts. Collaborate effectively with all departments to ensure smooth operations. Perform any other responsibilities assigned by the Superior from time to time.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Forklift Operation:
Must hold a valid certification and operate a forklift safely and efficiently.Inventory Management:
Basic knowledge of managing and tracking materials using barcode scanners or inventory systems.Communication Skills:
Able to coordinate clearly with production, warehouse, and planning teams.Physical Fitness:
Capable of handling manual material movement, including lifting, pushing, and pulling.Attention to Detail:
Ensure correct parts, quantities, and labeling to avoid errors in production.Computer Literacy:
Able to perform basic data entry and update inventory systems (Oracle, SAP, etc.).Understanding of Lean Principles:
Knowledge of FIFO (First In, First Out) and 5S practices to maintain organized and efficient workflow.Education:
