Key Responsibilities:
To support the Assistant Warehouse Manager to ensure the Warehouse remains clean and effective in supporting Operations and Customer Shipments.
To provide assistance on receipt of inbound product by breaking down pallets, labelling product and disposing of all excess pallet packaging.
To prepare and palletise finished product in a timely manner to meet Customer shipment targets.
To deliver materials from Warehouse to Operations in a timely manner, ensuring full traceability is maintained and required paperwork is completed neatly and correctly.
To remove and suitably dispose of any excess packaging waste or in-process scrap regularly from both the Warehouse and Operations to always maintain clean and efficient work spaces.
To support the Warehouse Officer during the loading of outbound customer shipments.
Maintaining a safe working environment for all associates in the warehouse area. Reporting any unsafe equipment and ensuring it is rectified before further use.
Assisting in the definition of safe working practices including any PPE and training required.
To support the business in any additional activities it deems reasonable within the associate's capabilities when required.
Requirements:
At least SPM.
At least 2 years' of Warehouse working experience in a manufacturing environment.
