Job Overview
: Responsible for optimizing and monitoring raw material inventory levels, managing forecast and measuring vendor performance.Responsibility:
To coordinate material control on direct/ indirect materials.
Review material support for customer's daily/weekly/monthly forecasts / customer loading. Communicate and schedule deliveries with suppliers/customers based on forecasts and demand. Monitor and provide heads up on potential line down, expiring material and/or supplier deliveries issues. Prepare inventory report to customer. Manage aging materials by requesting customer to deplete, buyback, or waiver/MRB to risk build.Liaise with Supplier/ Purchasing on pricing, lead time, MOQ concerns for raw materials purchase.
Liaise with Engineering/QA to review existing and new Bill of Materials. Manage material conversion project.Requirements:
Degree in related discipline or Diploma with 3 years related working experience.
Able to speak in English & Mandarin will be added advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
