Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and maintain material planning strategies to ensure uninterrupted production.

2. Analyze demand forecasts and adjust material plans accordingly to avoid shortages or excess inventory.

3. Develop and maintain accurate material plans to meet production schedules, ensuring the availability of materials at the right time and in the right quantity.

4. Collaborate with internal & external stakeholders such as production planners, SQE and procurement team, to ensure timely material availability & requirements.

5. Work closely with logistics and warehouse teams to streamline material storage and distribution.

6. Identify and resolve material shortages, excess stock, and supply chain bottlenecks.

7. Generate reports on material status, usage, and planning efficiency for management review.

8. Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and industry regulations.

9. Other duties and assignments as assigned by superiors from time to time.

Advantageous Qualifications:

Candidates with Mandarin language skills are encouraged to apply.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience:

Proven working experience of at least 3 years in material planning or supply chain management.

Skills:

Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Strong negotiation and communication abilities. Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail and data-driven decision-making skills.
