Job Description

i. Being prepared execution maintenance work scope for respective hubs namely Gumusut Kakap, Malikai, F6 and F23 ii. Conduct site surveys at the request of disciplined engineers. iii. Reviewing work order and preparing inspection reports to ensure all relevant information provided is sufficient and accurate. iv. Provide preliminary estimation for each operational line items including man-hours, and resources required as well as to provide a preliminary material take-off list for materials required. v. Identify long lead items to be supplied by the Company (not covered under current HUC contract) and ensure such information is provided to material management team for material requisition. vi. Compiling works-coping report and defining work methodology. vii. Draft maintenance worksheet, not limited to spading isolation plan, lifting methodology, work execution method. viii. Improve long lead material requisitions and execution strategy. ix. Ensure adequate information is provided upfront for any work order to minimize work-scoping trips offshore and to ensure completeness of work execution.
