Carry out all purchasing duties for health food materials, packaging materials and others.
To negotiate terms and prices with suppliers and recommend purchases.
Follow up purchase order issued to suppliers and ensure prompt delivery of goods.
Assist in selection and evaluation of existing/new suppliers to ensure they are conforming to quality, cost and delivery.
Able to prepare purchasing cost analysis reports, upkeep and maintain all record/data/document as per ISO requirements.
Work closely with production, material and inventory control at maximum efficiency.
Review daily production output and adjust the production plan whenever necessary.
To conduct monthly material / product inventory count.
Negotiates with suppliers to meet quality, delivery and cost objectives.
Timely submit the matching of PO, invoice, DO to account for sales tax claim and to smooth the process of payment.
Any other duties as assigned by superior.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Logistic/Transportation, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Others, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin
High proficiency in Mandarin (Spoken & Written)
