Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and schedule production activities based on sales orders, forecasts, and inventory levels. Liaise closely with Sales, Purchasing, Production, and Warehouse teams to ensure timely availability of materials. Prepare, monitor, and update daily and weekly production schedules to meet delivery targets. Track production progress, identify potential delays or material shortages, and take proactive corrective actions. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of production output, raw materials consumption, and work-in-progress (WIP). Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production planning efficiency and overall operational performance. Prepare production-related reports and assist with ad hoc tasks as assigned by the supervisor or management.
Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years of relevant working experience in manufacturing, production planning, or a related role. Strong organizational, planning, and time management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with planning tools or ERP systems. Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
