Job Description

Responsibilities:



1. Establish, implement and monitor materials ordering, materials incoming, actual receiving, production output & stock report to ensure materials supply meets production requirements with minimum stock levels.

2. Monitor and maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent stockouts or excess stock.

3. Handle Procurement in research suppliers, negotiate agreements, ensure standards, gather quotes, execute purchases, and monitor supplier performance.

4. Implement inventory control strategies to minimize carrying costs.

5. Work closely with production teams to align schedules with demand forecasts.

6. Optimize production plans to meet delivery deadlines and minimize lead times.

7. Keep the Sales department informed of order status.

Qualifications:



1. Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or related field.

2. At least minimum 5 years' experience in Material Planning and Procurement.

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

5. Experience in Excel Formula, Vlookup and SQL.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

* Semenyih: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
