As a Materials Engineer (ME), you will be responsible to drive supplier quality performance to meet Keysight expectation and lead initiatives for cost savings thru value engineering. The key ME R&R are as following: -

• To lead and manage existing supply base and drive supplier\xe2\x80\x99s quality performances.
• To collaborate with internal customers and external supplier on Cost savings initiatives/Quality improvement programs/Assurance of Supply projects.
• Investigate use of alternate materials/processes/new technology/design changes to achieve Cost savings/Quality improvement/Assurance of Supply to meet Keysight\'s business needs.
• Conduct supplier audits to drive process standardization and continuous improvement programs.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelors or master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in mechanical engineering. No prior experience required; or may have up to 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 relevant experience.
• A great team player who is willing to work extra mile, flexible, and has effective communication skills, including proficiency in English and able to interact with all levels of employees.
• Knowledge in mechanical parts fabrication e.g. Sheet Metal, plastic, etc. will be an added advantage.
