The data we generate provides our clients with the information they need to make critical, well informed, business decisions.
UTEC is recruiting for an Accounts Payable Assistant on a full-time, six-month contract basis in Kuala Lumpur. The Accounts Payable Assistant will be in charge of processing invoices and communicating with other personnel to resolve any issues.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Ensure all global vendor invoices are processed timely and in accordance with the UTEC procure to pay procedure.
- Ensure that all vendor statements are fully reconciled
- Deal with vendor queries as appropriate
- Minimum 1 year\' accounts payable experience
- Use of Navision desirable but not essential
