Requirements

• Graduate at least with a secondary certification (SPM, IGCSE, etc.), diploma or bachelor degree
• Fluency in English and Mandarin; Mandarin speaking ability to effectively communicate with students who prefer Mandarin.
• Preferred at least 1 year of teaching experience, fresh graduates are welcome with training provided.
• Willing to work in teams, responsible and passionate about teaching and working in teams.
• Possess own transportation for commuting to the center.
• Able to work on-site and conduct physical classes.

Responsibilities

• Provide academic information and knowledge.
• Prepare materials.
• Working in teams to create courses, classes and workshops.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Monitor student performance or assist students in academic matters.
• Strong classroom management abilities.
• Ability to create a fun and joyful learning environment.
• Ability to engaging and interactive lesson plans.
• Assessment and evaluation of student progress.
• Utilization of educational technology and digital tools.
• Patience, empathy, and a passion for teaching.
• Able to contribute to meaningful projects and initiatives.
