• Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Candidates must possess at least a Degree in Education /Mathematics or any related courses
• Committed and passionate about supporting pupils' academic progress
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia are required
• Strong interpersonal skills are essential
• Prior teaching experience is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Teach primary and secondary-level students in one or more academic subjects, excluding vocational or job-specific training
• Develop and present lessons, discussions, and demonstrations for assigned subjects
• Set clear objectives for lessons, units, and projects, and communicate them effectively to students
• Modify instructional approaches and materials to suit students' diverse needs and preferences
• Develop teaching aids and materials aligned with the subjects taught
• Prepare, administer, and grade exams and assignments to assess students' academic progress
• Design and administer assignments and exams to measure students' academic progress
• Conduct seminars in virtual and physical settings
• Engage audiences through live social media sessions and maintain active updates on the company's accounts
• Mentor part-time tutors, guiding them to follow FTA's teaching methodology through training and shared best practices.
