Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Science, or a related field.
Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, both written and spoken.
Strong understanding of Mathematics and Science concepts, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly and concisely.
Excellent proofreading and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
Familiarity with educational publishing processes and standards.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines.
Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
Review and edit mathematics and science educational materials, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and alignment with curriculum standards.
Proofread manuscripts, textbooks, and other educational resources to identify and correct errors in grammar, punctuation, spelling, and formatting.
Collaborate with authors, illustrators, and designers to develop engaging and effective educational content.
Adapt and localize mathematics and science content for different regional markets, considering cultural nuances and language requirements.
Conduct research to stay updated on current trends and developments in mathematics and science education.
Manage editorial projects from conception to publication, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budget constraints.
Verify the accuracy of scientific and mathematical data, formulas, and calculations presented in educational materials.
