Coordinates material sourcing for new product introduction (NPI) projects, in collaboration with R&D. Establishes and manages supplier relationships including negotiating contracts and prices, monitoring supplier performance, selecting/analyzing the supply base and developing and executing the commodity plans. May manage contract manufacturer (CM) or original design manufacturer (ODM) relationships to ensure inventory optimization. May be responsible for contributing to or leading process improvement efforts, such as in new product introduction (NPI), resourcing, cost reduction and/or quality. May have global responsibility and/or support multiple sites.

• Leads procurement projects requiring coordination with other functions, third parties
• Solves a broad range of procurement-related problems of varying scope and complexity

Job QualificationsBachelors or Masters Degree or University Degree or equivalent. Typically 4-5 years relevant experience for entry to this level.
