Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/ Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Art Design/Web design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
• Preferably Executives specialize in UI/UX/Art Design/ Web Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent.
• Min. 1 years of working experience in user experience and interface for web and mobile platforms.
• HTML5 and CSS, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Adobe XD, and FIGMA.
• Strong intellectual curiosity, creative problem-solving skills, responsive and responsible
• Have solid portfolio, proven and successful record of delivering end-to-end product design
• Senior and junior positions are available. Fresh graduates are welcome.

Scopes:

• Create unique and user-focused product experiences by coordinating with corporate goals. Streamline the user experience across all platforms and products.
• Take ownership of UIUX-based projects / tasks assigned; ensure the highest level of optimization, usefulness, desirability and user / client satisfaction in the journeys, touchpoints & functionalities of the websites, apps, and digital solutions that we deliver
• Conduct UX research and interviews to pinpoint opportunity gaps and pain spots.
• Analyze the data and collaborate with the squad to co-create the personalities to identify, conceive about, and prototype the user journey and user personas.
• Create storyboards, user journeys, flow diagrams, prototypes and UX designs. Be bold and propose the optimal and optimized user experience in opposition to established procedures.
• Prototypes should be put through usability testing so that design faults can be found and fixed. Cycle through iterations until the product is ready to be made available to the public.
• Able to conceptualize ideas & creativity, empathetic interactive thinking, able to deliver product function with visual design effects
• Conceptual modelling, information analysis and information architecture and in the context of complex software products.
• User testing - preparation, conducting and results from analysis of usability tests. Perform product design reviews or heuristic evaluations.
