Role Summary:
Oversee dealer sales operations, manage a team of sales advisors, ensure compliance with Maxis standards, and drive overall sales performance. Sales commission monthly RM2000 and above.
Key Responsibilities
Team Management & Performance
Supervise a team of Maxis Dealers and ensure daily operations run smoothly.
Set monthly sales targets and monitor team performance.
Provide coaching, product training, and motivate the team to achieve KPIs.
Conduct daily briefing, task assignment, and productivity tracking.
Sales & Operational Control
Ensure all sales transactions follow Maxis SOP (registration, MNP, documentation, compliance).
Manage inventory: SIM cards, devices, accessories, broadband equipment.
Handle escalated customer issues and provide service recovery.
Ensure accurate reporting of daily/weekly/monthly sales.
Quality & Compliance
Ensure store follows Maxis branding, merchandising, and retail standards.
Monitor fraud risks, documentation errors, and enforce strict verification processes.
Ensure team is updated with latest Maxis promotions, system updates, and policies.
Leadership & Support
Work closely with Managing Director on campaigns and targets.
Assist in planning roadshows, marketing activities, and community engagement.
Recruit, train, and onboard new sales staff when required.
Requirements
Able to work at Parit Buntar area.
Preferably minimum 1-2 years of experience in telco retail or sales supervision.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
SPM / Diploma or equivalent.
Good communication skills in English, Malay, and Chinese (added advantage).
Sales-driven and customer-focused personality.
Able to work retail hours, Monday to Saturday.
Result-driven and able to manage a high-performing sales team.
