Prepare and submit monthly progress claims to clients/consultants.
Review and verify subcontractor payment claims and issue payment certificates.
Prepare, document, and submit variation orders (VO) with supporting evidence.
Track and update claim/payment status to ensure timely follow-ups.
Maintain proper contract documentation and filing system.
Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors on contract and payment matters.
Assist in cost monitoring and reporting for ongoing projects.
Support the QS and Project Manager in contractual and administrative tasks.

Job Requirements
Minimum 2 years working experience
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and relevant project documentation tools.
Strong analytical thinking with a proactive, detail-oriented approach to problem-solving and documentation.
An individual with a positive attitude, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Possess a strong understanding of construction cost estimation, contract management, and project costing.
