• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering fields.
• Able to speak in English and Mandarin
• Minimum 5 years experience in M&E coordination (construction industry preferred).
• Strong understanding of M&E systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, etc.).
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Good communication, coordination & problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and meet project deadlines.
• Possess own transport and willing to travel to site when required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor all Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) works at project sites.
• Work closely with contractors, consultants, and internal project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Review M&E drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Ensure all M&E works comply with project requirements, safety standards, and regulations.
• Attend site meetings, prepare progress reports, and highlight any site issues.
• Assist in planning project schedules, sequencing work, and tracking progress.
• Inspect M&E installations and ensure proper testing & commissioning are completed.
• Resolve technical issues and provide practical solutions on-site.
