Job Requirements: Diploma Or Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree In Mechanical & Electrical Engineering Or Relevant. At least 2 years working experience in Construction Industry or relevant field. Experience in MS Project and Auto CAD programs. Ability to provide discretion and judgment in decision making. Strong administration skills in planning, organizing, analyzing and problem-solving skills. Possess good verbal and written communication skills. Job Responsibilities: Overseeing manage, plans, coordinate & monitor daily M&E operation at site. Ensure M&E works are performing on time, within budget and in compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations. To instruct, supervise and monitor subcontractors to meet proposed schedule. Perform site and technical coordination between the consultants, subcontractor works, civil, structural, architecture and other trades. Carry out project planning, design, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation. Assist the Project Manager to liaise with the authorities for the smooth implementation of works. Ensure all works carried out are in accordance to the drawings, specifications, and construction plan and procedures method statement. Attend site meeting as and when required. Ensure all work documentation are properly documented and filed. To undertake any and all other duties & responsibilities as instructed by superior.
