.Liaise with RE/COW for overcoming existing site constraints, adjustment of services alignment, and sign off fir installation work that deviated from approved drawings.
To monitor with resolving M&E contractors' work constraints, and coordinate fir the provision of sufficient working platform by C&S and architectural work. In order to achieve more work progress.
To identify, highlight and follow up with C&S and architectural work pertaining with M&E daily matters, to shorten the completion time.
To support and guide the present supervisor in supervision and work inspection form.
To organize and monitor the T&C by contractors.
Overall responsibility for commissioning and overseeing the installation of systems, plant and equipment, contract completion and data collection.
To planning, programming and preparation of project programme for mechanical and electrical aspects of work and to advise personnel of progress and forecast.
Preparation, monitoring and implementation of quality planning and controls for various activities.
To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior.
