Manage daily M&E operations at site.
Plans and coordinates M&E work with C&S and architectural works.
Supervise M&E works, including monitoring of work progress and quality control.
Liaises with client, consultant and local authorities for M&E works.
Attends all clients and consultants meetings.
Arranges for inspection with consultants / clients / authorities on M&E works.
Prepares and evaluates monthly progress claim for M&E works.
Prepares as-built drawings for M&E works.
Requirements :-
Minimum 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in M&E Construction Field
Familiar with building construction (Mechanical & Electrical)
Proactive, Responsible, Independent and Passionate
Able to prioritize work
Able to work under minimum supervision and under pressure.
Possess own transport and willing to travel (Klang Valley, KL)
Required Skill(s): Read Drawings, M&E Technical Skills
