- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or any related field to industrial building
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in M&E engineering, with senior positions requiring more experience.
- Able to communicate in Mandarin.
- Knowledge of M&E systems, standards, and building codes (UBBL, MS IEC, etc.).
- Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, Microsoft Office).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Engineer roles require team management experience and the ability to lead multiple projects.
- Must be able to work at Simpang Ampat, Penang
- Attend site enquiries visit, prepare design sketches, drawings of M&E systems such as ACMV, electrical, ELV system, and fire protection.
- Submit Authorities submission, attend site meetings, and conduct site inspections.
- Prepare tender drawings in AutoCAD and tender documents, Authorities submission drawings, and documentations.
- Coordinate among clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure project specifications and schedule are met.
- Support Senior Engineers on tasks assigned such as ad-hoc requests, related tasks, etc.
- Contribute to EPF, SOCSO, and EIS
