Job Description
1. Mechanical & Electrical System Management
Oversee the installation, operation, and maintenance of M&E systems including HVAC, compressed air, electrical distribution, plumbing, and fire protection systems. Conduct troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions for M&E-related breakdowns. Review, update, and maintain technical documentation, drawings, and schematics.
2. Project Coordination
Plan and coordinate M&E works for new projects, upgrades, and facility improvements. Liaise with contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure project timelines and specifications are met. Review M&E designs, proposals, and BOQs for accuracy and compliance.
3. Compliance & Safety
Ensure all M&E systems comply with local regulations, standards, and statutory requirements (e.g., DOSH, Suruhanjaya Tenaga, BOMBA). Support audits, inspections, and certification processes. Implement preventive maintenance (PM) programs and safety controls for M&E equipment.
4. Cost & Asset Management
Monitor M&E-related budgets, cost control, and procurement of materials or services. Evaluate suppliers/vendors and participate in tender processes. Manage asset inventory and ensure optimal lifespan through proper maintenance.
5. Continuous Improvement
Lead and participate in improvement projects to enhance energy efficiency, machine performance, and operational reliability. Recommend and implement engineering solutions to reduce downtime and improve productivity.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
