About the job M&E Engineer / Senior M&E Engineer | Johor BahruResponsibilities
- Review project specifications and technical clarifications.
- Prepare method statements and check drawing discrepancies.
- Carry out project planning, design, material requisition, cost control, project supervision and documentation.
- Supervise the M&E works and coordinate with the clients representatives, consultants and subcontractors on technical matters.
- Plan and schedule project timelines, track project deliverables and quality assurance.
- At least 3 year experiences in the planning and implementations of projects, in relation to M&E system (construction).
- Experienced in Residential (high-rise) will be an added advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Project and AutoCAD.
- Able to work independently with positive attitude.
- Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply
- Required languages: English, Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin (We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients)
