Job Description

Responsibilities:

?Conduct search, analysis and draf of patent documents or descriptions to determine patentability of inventions relating to the field of Mechanical & Electrical Engineering.

?Monitor Project Schedule and work progress.

?Responsible for research & development work of equipment and improving engineering section in support of quality cost reduction and productivity improvement.

?To assist department head coaching and managing subordinates in order to align to organization & department growth.

?To continuously seek latest technology/machine/tools to enhance organization competitiveness in the area of lower product cost with no compromising on delivered quality.

?To trouble shoot for any installation and/or product deficiencies, design problems and non-conforming processes.

?Responsible to work/assist in area of premises & equipment maintenance in machinery services, repairs, modification,re-layout and preventive maintenance programs.

?Responsible to support electrical and mechanical related needs.

?Any other duties that may be assigned.

Requirement :

?Possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Eletronic Engineering or equivalent.

?Good in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point and able to prepare detailed engineering drawings with any relevant software.

?Good communication skills and able to liaise with consultants, authorities and contractors.

?Aggressive, resourceful and able to work independently with minimum supervision.

?Possess good project management skill.

?Able to articulate points in a clear and unambiguous manner.

?Work base at Seremban, Senawang .

?Prefer male only .
