Job Details Provide integrated facilities management and operations & maintenance for a multinational manufacturing plant. Lead a team of Facilities Technicians to carry out operations & maintenance for electrical, air conditioning, and mechanical systems. To manage /support daily operation & maintenance, manage Technicians, manage daily work plan, and fulfill customer tasks/expectations. Develop & prepare quarterly CIP (Continuous Improvement Plan). Degree/Diploma in Electrical, HVAC, or Mechanical engineering-related fields. A4 Chargeman with leadership skills and facilities management experience will be considered. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience with strong technical knowledge of electrical systems About MST Facilities Sdn Bhd MST\'s core business is providing Total Facility Management services to customers who wish to outsource their building facilities operations & maintenance and focus in delivering their core businesses.
