A summary of the responsibilities of this position are, and not limited to, as follows:
Manage and oversee the mechanical and electrical aspects of construction projects, from design to installation and commissioning.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure the quality, safety, and timely delivery of M&E works.
Review and approve M&E drawings, specifications, calculations, and reports.
Monitor and control the M&E budget, schedule, and resources.
Supervise and guide the M&E team and subcontractors on site.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with standards and regulations.
Troubleshoot and resolve any M&E issues or problems that may arise during the project.
Prepare and submit progress reports, change orders, variation orders, and claims to the management and clients.
Liaise with relevant authorities and stakeholders on M&E matters.

Strong leadership and organizational skills and experienced in managing and developing staff.
Excellent oral and written communication skills in English (including technical writing and presentations) with ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with technical and senior management staff.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Education: Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognized University
