Job Responsibilities:

Carry out and witness M&E inspections, as well as testing and commissioning to ensure compliance with quality standards, designs, specifications and authority requirements. Supervise, monitor and ensure that construction works conform with the specifications and approved designs and is carried out according to good engineering and construction practices. Review and approve Method Statements, Material Approvals and other related documents while utilizing Aconex to track and register technical submissions, including Material Submissions, and submit documentation to the client periodically. Prepare and submit weekly and monthly reports on M&E site work progress and implementation and attend meetings. Handle Clients and Contracts progress payments, and final account. Ensure all M&E site activities follow safety rules and regulations. Carry out any other tasks assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

At least Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Candidate must register with the Board of Engineers Malaysia as Graduate Engineerand above.

Minimum 10 yearsof working experience as Resident Engineer in a consulting engineering firm for railway station projects. Experienced in M&E building services co-ordination at site. Hardworking, diligent and thorough with supervision. Must be independent and able to handle site issues. Prompt in response to Client and consultants' queries. Experience in Aconex is highly desirable. Required language: Bahasa Melayu, English 6 working days a week. Working location:
