Job Responsibilities: - Perform M&E site inspection during the course of construction work on site. - Ensure all the M&E installations are complied with the Consultant\'s Specification and Authority Requirements. - To handle Clients and Contracts progress payments, and final account. - To carry out M&E testing and commissioning. - Witness all inspections, testing and commissioning sessions to ensure compliance with quality standards, designs and specifications. - Ensure company\'s safety rule is complied with. - Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports. - Responsible for effective project implementation of the site works for all M&E work and prepare necessary reports. - To supervise and monitor M&E operates per construction drawing and work schedule. - Any other task assigned from time to time. Qualifications & Requirements: - Bachelor/ Master\'s Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering. - Candidate must registered with the Board of Engineers Malaysia as Graduate Engineer and above. - Minimum 8 to 10 years of working experience as Resident Engineer in a consulting engineering firm for railway station project. - Experienced in M&E building services co-ordination at site. - Hardworking, diligent and thorough with supervision. - Must be independent and able to handle site issues. - Prompt in response to Client and consultants\' queries. - Required language: Bahasa Melayu, English - 6 working days weekly. - Working location: Pahang, Terengganu Do apply directly or send your updated CV, Education Certificate, BEM Certificate and CIDB Card to [HIDDEN TEXT] for a confidential discussion.
