Job Description

The Client: is a general contractor operating nationwide and overseas. The Company builds commercial, residential, and institutional buildings with high-rise and earthquake-resistant construction technology. The company also performs large scale civil engineering works such as nuclear power plants, Highways, Airport. It has developed several technologies for construction in soft ground. The Company operates real estate and office automation equipment businesses.

:

• To review calculation of quantities or taking-off for cost analysis, quotation or tender purpose.
• To check of site budget.
• To check of monthly Budget Summary Report.
• To check of subcontractors progress claims.
• To check of progress claims to customers.
• To check of variation orders and final accounts to customers.
• To check of variation orders and final accounts to subcontractors and suppliers.
• To liaise with project team and design team for costing matter.
• To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the Kajima Total
• Management Systems.
• To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior.
• To be based at site.

Job Requirement:

• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering (NOT QS)
• 5 - 10 years of experience in Construction and M&E QS
• To liaise with site Project Manager, consultant, client, subcon & suppliers
• To prepare & submit claims, invoices, VO & final account to client in a timely manner.
• To assist in preparing budget & award to subcon / suppliers in a timely manner
• To review subcon / suppliers claims , invoices, VO & final account
