3-5 year(s) of working experience in building construction field.
SPM, Diploma or Degree in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Electrical) or equivalent
Good Interpersonal and communication skills, able to interact well with all levels
Mature personality, independent, initiative, self-motivated and have good technical skills in decision making
Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation
Working experience in ID fit-out work of retail shop will be added advantage.

Tanggungjawab

Coordinate the M&E works for building construction and ID fit out work
Liase with the clients, consultants and sub-contractors to coordinate the site operation to meet project deadline in accordance with project schedule, layouts, drawings and specifications.
Assisting in tender costing and tender documentation.
Assisting in progress claims, variation orders and project cost control.
Others ac-hoc task may required by the superior.
