Job Responsibilities:

Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical wiring. Conduct regular site inspections to identify and address any issues or defects. Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with project specifications, building regulations, and safety standards. Prepare and submit reports for any information requests or deviations from the required standards. Supervise and control sub-contractors daily work activities, and ensuring material and equipment, personnel and tools are available to perform the work and safety. Attend subcontractors, consultant and client coordination meetings, safety meetings and technical meetings as and when required. Liaise with project engineer, project managers, architects, and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution of projects. Assist in the overall planning, scheduling & monitoring of site progress.

Job Requirements: -

At least a Diploma in Mechanical and Electrical or it's related field. Minimum 3 years of experience as M&E Site Supervisor or in a similar role within the Electrical/Electronic Engineering industry. Knowledge of relevant safety, health, and environmental regulations. Familiar with relevant health and safety regulations and construction industry best practices. Excellent project management and coordination skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. Require traveling to site. Require to possess own transportation.
