To do this, youxe2x80x99ll need to regularly inspect all equipment rooms and other facilities, and take note of any problems using the predefined checklists. Also part of your responsibilities is to walk the duty technicians through weekend work plans, and give out technical recommendations, as needed.Being the front line for maintenance needsOur clients will come to you for equipment fixes, so youxe2x80x99ll be expected to be skilled in carrying out repairs. At the same time, you should always be ready to get hold of vendors to do maintenance work at a momentxe2x80x99s notice. On top of this, youxe2x80x99ll also have to speed up any required equipment moves, adds and changes implementation. In every decision or action you will make, youxe2x80x99ll need to keep in mind that you follow local governmental rules and regulations to avoid any legal troubles.Other Accountabilitiesxc2xb7 Electrician is assigned Primary and Secondary duties in the supervision electrical works and assist building HT chargeman and Senior chargemanxc2xb7 To trouble shoot, repair, overhaul and maintain all M&E equipmentxe2x80x99sxc2xb7 Ensure all electrical fittings are in good working orderxc2xb7 Replace fused, fluorescent tubes, chokes, starter, fuses, etc when the need arisesxc2xb7 Perform service, installation to all electrical LV maintenance works inclusive of card access & BASxc2xb7 To do periodic preventive maintenance on all M&E equipmentxe2x80x99sxc2xb7 To attend all breakdown promptly at all timesxc2xb7 Attend to complaints or feedback by tenants relating to building electrical works and follow up with contractors to ensure rectification works are carried out and keep tenants informed of the progress of such works.xc2xb7 Assist in the handing over taking over of tenanted premises including follow up on electrical worksxc2xb7 Inspection of additions, alteration and reinstatement works relating to fitting out services in the building.xc2xb7 Take care of all firefighting services, PA System, Faxc3xa7ade lighting, lifts, escalator, fire panels, intercom, gondola, turnstile and etcxc2xb7 Check all domestic tanks firefighting water tanks and carry out inspection to fire pumps.xc2xb7 To ensure all pumps xe2x80x93 wet riser, & sprinkler pumps in working order.xc2xb7 Must be able to travel by bike to attend breakdownsxc2xb7 Perform weekly facilities inspection. To withdraw job request from OVSC (job request system) and execute with approval by client or the authorized person assigned by client.xc2xb7 To assist FC/client representative to perform preparation for the planned maintenance in CMMS system. (Get ready permit-to-work, assist in supervision for the planned maintenance, ensure safety and health during carry job, escalation if needed)xc2xb7 Prepare facilities job report for every visit in logbook or in softcopy if provided.xc2xb7 This include repair maintenance and servicing for all fire panel in the buildingxc2xb7 Overall assist to FC and client representative which is not far from the job scope.xc2xb7 24 hours on call standby which regarding critical equipmentxe2x80x99s on below system:xc2xb7 Assist in renovation work carried out by tenants.xc2xb7 Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.xc2xb7 Know each Contractorxe2x80x99s deliverables and supervise those.xc2xb7 Provide feedback and support for the monthly Contractor meetings and reviewsSound like you?
