Requirements

• Diploma/ Degree in Machinery or any related to measurement
• At least have 5 year's experience in quality inspection
• Experience in IATF 16 tools, especially in MSA analysis
• Familiar with CMM (Hexagon),spectrometer, salt spray test equipment, micrometer, calibur.
• Able to read part drawings

Responsibilities

• Provide the measuring report for part which applied. Responsibility for measuring report (include authenticity)
• To create the measuring machine and device (gauge) calibration plan. Efficacious Manage measuring machine and device (gauge) which in plant. To assure all measuring machine device(gauge) in properly status
• Be responsible for the application plan of test equipment/device, acceptance and account establishment of test equipment/device
• Can find abnormal test data and test equipment
• Can operate Coordinate Measurement Machine well
• New test method development
• Responsible for the gauge management, such as inspection and registration, and the gauge calibration etc
• Be responsible for the parts inspection
• Finish the task which required by supervisor
