Job Requirements: Mechanic (Estate)

Position Summary:

The Mechanic will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and servicing vehicles, heavy machinery, and equipment used in estate operations to ensure optimal functionality, safety, and minimal downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine servicing and preventive maintenance on estate vehicles, tractors, and heavy machinery. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues on equipment. Ensure all repairs and maintenance work are completed in a timely and cost-effective manner. Maintain accurate service and repair records. Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies. Provide technical support during estate operations and emergencies.

Job Requirements:

Minimum Certificate/Diploma in Automotive/Mechanical Engineering or related field. At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience in vehicle and heavy machinery maintenance (plantation or estate environment is an added advantage). Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems. Ability to operate diagnostic tools and equipment. Physically fit and willing to work in estate locations. Good problem-solving skills, teamwork, and discipline.

Additional Information:

Accommodation may be provided at the estate. Must be willing to work overtime, weekends, or public holidays when required.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
