Expertise: Proficient in automotive air conditioning systems (installation, repair, and maintenance).Experience: At least 1-2 years in the automotive field, particularly in car air conditioning services.Education: A certificate or diploma in automotive engineering or a related field is an advantage.Skills:

• Strong diagnostic skills to identify air conditioning problems.
• Ability to work with electrical systems related to car air conditioning.
• Knowledge of the latest air conditioning systems and technologies.
• Skills in repairing and replacing key air conditioning components such as compressors, condensers, evaporators, expansion valves, and hoses.
• Capable of performing regular maintenance like cleaning air filters, checking gas levels, and ensuring components function properly.

Physical Requirements: Able to perform tasks requiring physical strength (lifting, bending, and standing for long periods).Personal Attributes:

• Responsible and punctual.
• High attention to detail.
• Able to work well in a team and possess good communication skills.

Language: Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia; knowledge of English is an added advantage.License: Must possess a valid driver\'s license (mandatory).Additional Requirements:

• Willing to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Able to work with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing Air Conditioning Problems: Identifying and resolving issues within a car\'s air conditioning system using diagnostic tools and techniques to determine the root cause of the problem.
• Repairing and Replacing Air Conditioning Components: Performing repairs or replacing faulty components such as compressors, condensers, evaporators, hoses, and valves to restore system performance.
• Air Conditioning System Service and Maintenance: Conducting regular maintenance like gas refilling, filter cleaning, and system flushing to ensure the air conditioning operates efficiently.
• Leak Detection and Repair: Carrying out leak detection tests, fixing any leaks in the system, and ensuring components are sealed properly to prevent recurring issues.
• Providing Excellent Customer Service: Communicating with customers, clearly explaining problems and repairs, and offering advice on how to maintain their air conditioning system.
• Maintaining Tools and Equipment: Ensuring all diagnostic tools and repair equipment are in good condition, and reporting any equipment damage to management.
• Adhering to Safety and Environmental Regulations: Following all safety procedures and environmental guidelines when handling chemicals and refrigerants, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
• Documentation and Reporting: Accurately recording repairs, parts used, and services provided, ensuring all documents are completed in a timely and professional manner.
