Job Description

The Mechanic is responsible for maintaining and repairing scissor lifts, boom lifts, and forklifts. This role requires expertise in mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems, along with a strong commitment to safety and compliance. To conduct routine inspections and maintenance on scissor lifts, boom lifts, and forklifts. Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues. Perform repairs and replacements on engines, transmissions, and hydraulic systems. Conduct load tests and functional checks post-repair. Keep accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and inspections. Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate procurement. Stay updated on industry advancements and new technologies. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies within the workshop. Provide on-site service for immediate maintenance needs. Oversee logistic and transportation arrangements, including goods receiving and delivery. Support in machinery transportation and assist in loading and unloading the machine. Attend service calls and address machine breakdowns promptly and effectively. Maintain a tidy workshop, ensuring tools and equipment are organized and the area is clean and hazard-free.
Job Requirements:

Min 1-year working experience in of experience in mechanical support of Scissor Lifts, Boom Lifts, or Forklifts. Proficient in understanding and troubleshooting mechanical systems of Scissor Lifts, Boom Lifts, and Forklifts. Able to Prioritize Multi-task, excellent communication & good interpersonal skills Strong mechanical aptitude and in-depth knowledge of Scissor Lifts, Boom Lifts, and Forklifts.
