MECHANIC / TECHINICIAN

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for maintaining and repairing scissor lifts, boom lifts, forklifts, and telehandlers.

- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on scissor lifts, boom lifts, and forklifts.

- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.

- Perform repairs and replacements on electrical DC system, engines, transmissions, and hydraulic systems.

- Keep accurate records of maintenance, repairs, and inspections.

- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies within the workshop.

- Provide on-site repair and/or service for immediate resolution.

- Attend service calls and address machine breakdowns promptly and effectively.

- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on machinery and equipment.

- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.

- Conduct inspections and testing to ensure equipment complies with safety and operational standards.

- Accurately complete service reports, checklists, and maintenance logs.

- Collaborate with the Service, Sales, and Spare Parts teams for smooth job coordination.

- Follow company safety protocols and industry regulations during all tasks.

- Respond to breakdowns or urgent service requests, including occasional on-site visits.

Qualifixation:

- Minimum: SPM with technical or vocational certificate.

- Preferred: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field.

- Without qualification hut have 3years of similar experience can be considered.

- Relevant training/ certifications in machinery maintenance, hydraulics, or electrical systems is an advantage.

- Possess a valid driving license (Class D; GDL is a plus).

- Willingness to work overtime or travel to site when required.

- Strong safety awareness and commitment to quality service.

- Some working experience in machinery or equipment is advantages.

- Required Language: English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin

- Able to priorities, Multi-task, excellent communication and good interpersonal skills.

- Ability to read technical manuals, diagrams, and service instructions in English

- Skilled in using diagnostic tools, repair equipment, and power tools.

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.

- Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle physical tasks and work in various environments.

- Willingness to learn.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
