Qualification & Experience

• Minimum of 5 years of experience.
• High School Diploma.
• Experience on commissioning of Combined Cycle Power Projects is desirable but not a pre-requisite for the position.
• Experience with start up of pumps, air and gas compressors, pipe flushing, system lock out.
• Must be familiar with all test equipment and testing methods necessary to perform the basic tests associated with local opera\xc6\x9fon of pumps, compressor, sampling panels, chemical feed pumps,etc.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings.
• Basic Knowledge of electrical systems.
• Proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques.
• Knowledge of safety guidelines and regulations.

Duties Mechanical

• Assist Mechanical Commissioning Engineer during commissioning of mechanical equipment.
• Perform pre-commissioning checks and inspections to ensure that equipment and systems are properly installed and meet design specifications.
• Conduct lubrication and first fill of lube oils as per specification.
• Coordinate with DCS and Electrical local operator to Perform switching of equipment from one machine to another and isolation of breakers.
• Monitor and record operating data of equipment during start up and commissioning as instructed by lead engineers and Commissioning Manager
• Assist in identifying and troubleshoot any issues or malfunctions that arise during the commissioning process.
• Perform maintenance on equipment in line with vendor recommendations until plant handover to the OWNER.
• Work with and assist vendors during the site pre commissioning and commissioning.
• Participate in commissioning meetings and provide regular progress updates to the r or Commissioning Manager.
• Be nominated as an Authorized Competent Person to apply for and receive commissioning PTW and LOTO.
