CIRCLE SPIN PRECISION ENGINEERING SDN. BHD. seeks a MECHANICALCOMMISSIONING SUPERITENDENT to help design test our planned upcoming projects with create dependable, hardworking products benefitting out company\xe2\x80\x99s development \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage multi-disciplinary engineering team including Project Managers, Project Engineers, CAD Designer, and Infrastructure Engineering team. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage engineering resource availability, assigning project engineering teams. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure timely execution of milestones with a continued emphasis towards lead time reduction. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure regular and timely reporting on all matters relating to the commissioning and testing of the projects to the project management to follow the correct execution and progress of the and the encountered difficulties. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide mechanical safety and maintainability input during the commissioning in accordance with project specifications, codes and standards. \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop and implement work plans, including purchase requisitions, selection/evaluation of contractors, as well as maintenance activities scheduling and costing. \xe2\x80\xa2 Supervise a team and provide Mechanical expertise coordinate & participate in the preventive, corrective & troubleshooting mechanical maintenance activities of plant equipment, identify & isolate faulty components on rotating & static mechanical equipment according to plan in order to assure the maximum equipment availability respecting all internal maintenance procedures and all the safety regulations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Evaluate engineering quality data and implement continuous improvement initiatives. \xe2\x80\xa2 Support project cost reduction through process standardization, vendor selection, and improving engineering efficiency Provide technical direction /consultation. \xe2\x80\xa2 Arrange for engineering support to field service for commissioning and troubleshooting Coaching, mentoring, and career development. \xe2\x80\xa2 Engineering Team Coordinate with internal customers (Purchasing, Manufacturing Engineering, Assembly and Test) to create clean order releases with limited quality errors. \xe2\x80\xa2 Participate in customer meetings to support negotiations, requirement definitions, troubleshooting, and project execution.
