REPORTS TO:

MECHANICAL DIRECTOR

SUPERVISES:

NIL

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible to design automated machine modules and mechanical parts according to customer requirement and the relevant automation industry standard. Responsible for the preparation of the final production procedures, operation instructions, process control instructions. Responsible for the detail drawings of Production and the preparation of BOM List for all the mechanical fab parts and standard electro-pneumatic parts. To undertake other related designing duties assigned or directed by your immediate superior from time to time. To liaise with any other department on design related problems and take the necessary counter measures to prevent recurrences. To perform proper filing system of the department.

ORGANIZATIONAL KNOWLEDGE:

Innovative design creation based on customer's automation requirement. Ability to design based on given concept and working experience in automation machine design industry. Knowledge on wafer handling industry requirement. Proficiency in Solidworks is required. Proficiency & Knowledge in Microsoft Office.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Min Diploma in Mechanical Engineering /Mechatronic /Product Designing 1 to 2 years working experience in automation design company Strong in Solid Works Designing software. * Professional language proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese and English.
